To make the visit at VIBRANT INDIA 2023 comfortable and convenient for visitors and exhibitors, the Organizers provides some facilities, from which visitors can take benefits before or during the trade show. All registered exhibitors and visitors can use these services without paying any charges.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

For the convenience of exhibitors and visitors, VIBRANT INDIA has arranged free shuttle services.

EXHIBITORS PARKING:

Separate areas have been designated for Exhibitor’s car parking within Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Entries to this area are from Gate No.2.

VISITOR PARKING:

Visitors parking available parking the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

RESTAURANTS/CAFETERIAS:

For Food and Beverage, During the Exhibition days 14th-15th-16th, July, 2023 the Organizers has provided a Cafeteria from where any visitor or exhibitor can buy their food with varieties.

LEFT LUGGAGE:

For the convenience of visitors and exhibitors, VIBRANT INDIA 2023 has created left luggage facilities near the Visitor Registration. Visitors and exhibitors can avail of these facilities free of cost during the trade show days (14th-15th-16th, July, 2023) from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm.

TAXI:

Delhi offers a range of paid taxi services. You can book them as per your convenience from any street corners.

Ola and Uber, Mobile app based Taxi services, can be availed if you have their apps downloaded on your mobile phones.

MEDICAL SERVICES (FIRST AID):

Giving due importance to health and safety of visitors and exhibitors, VIBRANT INDIA has made arrangements for first aid and primary medical facilities. This is marked “First Aid” and is located near visitor registration area. Ambulance facility will be available just outside Hall at all times, during trade show days.

SHOW DIRECTORY:

Each and Every Visitor of VIBRANT INDIA 2023 will get a fair directory without any cost at the registration counter only at the time of registration.
